Archaeology -The Crusades

This course explores the story of the Crusades. What were the reasons behind the conflict and what changes did they bring to medieval Christianity and Islam? How should we evaluate major characters in the story of these conflicts? What do they tell us about the medieval religious mindset?

10 sessions, starting 10th January to 21st March, 2018 with a half term break  Day: Wednesdays Time: 1.30-3.30pm
